• Poster dimension: height 120 cm, width 90 cm (portrait orientation).
• Attach a small photograph of yourself to the poster so that other participants can recognize you as the presenter.
• Poster should be written in English for Tittle and Abstract but the text can be in English or Bahasa. Poster should be of sufficient size for easy reading at a distance 1.5 m.
• Poster content should include Introductions, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusions.
• You have complete freedom in displaying your information in figures, tables, text, photography, etc. Figures should be designed to be viewed from a distance and should use clear visible graphics and large type.
• The presentation must cover the same material as the abstract.
• Poster frames will be provided by the RDM&E-V Poster Presentation Committee.

1. Penulisan isi Poster harus mencakup :
   
   • Laporan Penelitian: Pendahuluan, Bahan dan Cara, Hasil Penelitian, Pembahasan (diakhiri dengan kesimpulan dan saran bila perlu), Ucapan Terima Kasih, Daftar Pustaka.
   • Laporan Kasus: Pendahuluan, Kasus, Penatalaksanaan, Pembahasan (diakhiri dengan kesimpulan dan saran), Daftar Pustaka.
   • Tinjauan Pustaka: Pendahuluan, Sub topik-sub topik, Pembahasan (diakhiri dengan kesimpulan dan saran), Daftar Pustaka
2. Ukuran poster : 120 cm X 90 cm ( dalam bentuk potrait).
3. Pada sudut paling atas sebelah kanan harus ditempelkan foto pembicara.
4. Judul dan Abstrak pada poster harus ditulis dalam Bahasa Inggris namun isi poster dapat ditulis dalam Bahasa Inggris ataupun Bahasa Indonesia.
5. Gambar ataupun tabel ditampilkan dalam format dan ukuran yang mudah untuk dilihat dan dibaca.
6. Frame poster akan disediakan oleh pihak panitia RDM&E-V
